Ed started working for Parker Rigging in 1990 as a welder, iron worker and rigger learning about the family business until 1993, when he enlisted in the United States Air Force.  After four years of exemplary service, he received an Honorable Discharge and returned home in 97 and came back to Parker Rigging to resume his passion for cranes, rigging and steel.  

Now Ed personally manages all rigging projects and oversees all crane business for Parker Rigging Co., Inc.  He also manages the day-to-day operations for all manpower and scheduling.  He has over 16 years of experience with Cranes, Rigging, Steel Erection, Steel Fabrication, and Welding Operations


•    Steel Erection, Rigging, and Demolition supervisor since 1997.
•    AWS D1.1 and AWS D1.3 certified welder since 1997.
•    Project Manager for all Steel Erection, Fabrication, and Industrial Maintenance 2000 – 2005.
•    Chief Rigging Superintendent for Parker Rigging Co., Inc. 2005 – Present.
•    General Manager for Parker Rigging Co., Inc. since 2006.
•    NCCER certified crane operator.
•    Certified mobile crane and rigging inspector.
•    Certified overhead crane inspector
